Expert Assistance → Prepaid Consulting Time With Experienced Researchers

OpinionX subscriptions now come with prepaid research consulting time, giving you access to an expert that can help you to review your survey design, plan your research project, assist with advanced analysis, and more.

Prepaid credits for each pricing plan:

• Analyze Yearly = 1hr/year

• Accelerate Yearly = 10hrs/year

• Advanced Yearly = Up to 100hrs/year

You'll see a new tab on your workspace titled Expert Assistance where you can see how many credits you have and to book calls with our experts. Credits can also be used on async work and are available to all members of your workspace to avail of. One-time survey upgrades are not currently eligible for prepaid credits, only yearly subscriptions receive them.
